Now, we're ready to add another star player to our Professional Services team based onsite in our city centre office where we focus on serving the hiring needs of employers in the UK and across the globe.


Expected skills and duties for the position of a Delivery Consultant include;


  • Key Delivery expert in generating and interacting with best-calibre candidates
  • Identifying talent for relevant vacancies
  • Interviewing, assessing and qualifying relevant candidates
  • Proactively market outstanding profiles both internally and externally
  • Responsible for positing vacancies on suitable job boards
  • Ability to use CV job boards and proficient with LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of Boolean searching and ability to identify key strings to generate passive candidates
  • Ability to confidently attract candidates via email, telephone and online calls
  • Present candidates to specific vacancies in a professional manner
  • Provide detailed interview preparation and de-briefs
  • Ability to work to deadlines and often, under pressure
  • Focus on key activities and outcomes to support the targets set for the team and company

Hugely advantageous to have prior recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services division but not essential. The position focusses on candidate generation, in time this could develop into a full Recruitment Consultant or simply focus on candidate attraction strategy for the team, the business can shape around those with the right ability and longer term aspirations.
