Job Description


  • Grow and run collaboratively a hospitality focused division
  • Work closely with directors
  • Strategise growth plan and implement
  • Business development
  • Managing associates, senior architects, who in turn manage design teams and their deliverables
  • Add design and technical support where necessary
  • Be first point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders
  • Manage overall deliverables, finances and pipeline for the division


Key Skills


  • Must be RIBA Part III qualified or equivalent
  • Previous senior strategic experience
  • Ability to manage senior staff
  • Experience working directly with clients, consultants and stakeholders as first point of contact
  • Experience growing teams and divisions
  • Business development experienced
  • Hospitality and commercial project experience
  • Able to use Revit for model navigation
