Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to join one of the South East's most prestigious, reputable law practices based in Brighton? This legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its busy and well-established Property Litigation team, with established roots throughout the South East.

This well-established, reputable regional firm operates out of its flagship office based in Brighton. The firm has been operating in the region for over 50 years and, as a result, is often considered the go-to firm in terms of legal advice.


Due to their deep-rooted connections to the community, and extended period of providing top-tier client services, they have built a loyal client base who provides regular and consistent work.

Whilst they have been operating in the area for such a long time, this firm is certainly far from stuck in their ways in terms of their approach. They have a clear solicitor-partnership progression structure for those with an eye for career progression.

The Role


  • This role will give you the opportunity to join a department that deals with high-quality work thanks to the reputation of the property team.
  • The role will include being able to advise on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues including residential and business tenancies; drafting notices; conducting possession claims and advising on statutory matters affecting all areas of law and leasehold law.
  • You will be advising on real estate litigation, professional negligence claims relating to property matters and a general property litigation caseload.


Requirements


  • Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, 3+ years PQE
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and to set deadlines
