You will be given the responsibility to lead from the front in a role with multiple responsibilities, where you will be given the freedom to make the changes you see fit. Whether upskilling team members, leading our electronics design, or working with the supply chain.


What are we looking for?


You will be a hardware manager who is is aware of current electronics design (analogue and digital), who can lead a team of highly talented and highly capable engineers. You will lead from the front and be a decision maker. Aside from leading a team of engineers you will be involved in decision making of 'all physical aspects of the products' and will be driven to make suggestions in other areas such as production environment, supply chain and making sure products comply to regulatory standards.


Requirements:


  • You are a proven team leader
  • Familiar with current electronic design (analogue, digital and PCB)
  • Experience in the producing a physical go-to-market product. If this was to operate in a harsh environment this is a plus
  • Experience in RF electronics is a plus
  • Experience working in battery management, wireless communications, RTOS and microprocessors is desirable.
