Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the innovation pipeline according to the NPD calendar, contributing fresh ideas and concepts.
  • Assist the Head of NPD in managing NPD & EPD projects from concept to launch.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure on-time, budget-friendly delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis.
  • Source and evaluate supplier data.
  • Collaborate closely with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.
  • Oversee sample management and file organization within the NPD department.
  • Organize necessary testing for NPD & EPD projects.
  • Lead the development of Kits, Sets, and GWP initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Report directly to the Global Head of NPD while also collaborating with the Founder.
  • Role based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office).


Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Cosmetic Science is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in beauty NPD, ideally within the skincare category.
  • Proven track record of managing complex NPD projects from concept to launch.
  • Experience in organizing clinical and consumer trials.
  • Strong knowledge of the technical and regulatory aspects of product development.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Confident in presenting and leading projects with cross-functional teams.
