Lead Clinical Data Manager


Introduction

BioTalent have partnered with a leading global pharmaceutical company near London to search for Lead Clinical Data Manager. In this role you be responsible ensuring precision, dependability, and thoroughness of Phase I-IV clinical databases, overseeing all data management tasks throughout designated trials. You will collaborate with cross functional teams as the Data Management lead, being responsible for quality and efficient delivery of clinical trials data.

You will be responsible for:

  • You will ensure timely delivery of clinical trial data with quality assurance.
  • Lead the evaluation of eCRF and SDTM deliverables to ensure compliance with CDISC standards.
  • Evaluation, selection, and overseeing vendors for trial-specific tasks.
  • Be a key representative of the Data Management team in trial meetings and liaise with vendors.
  • You will monitor outsourced activities using performance metrics, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to protocol design, ensuring data standards and operational consistency.


You will bring the following:

  • Significant industry experience as a Clinical Data Manager in a life sciences organisation.
  • Expert knowledge of using EDC platforms and Clinical Data Management systems.
  • A working knowledge of CDISC standards.
  • Project management and excellent communication skills.
