Job Title: Group Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Manager to oversee the content strategy, execution and SEO for Our Client a leading name in gifting space. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content plan that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for creating impactful content.
  • Plan and execute editorial calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content across multiple brands and platforms.


2. SEO and Technical Expertise:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
  • Optimize content for search engines, ensuring adherence to SEO guidelines and improving organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues and improve website architecture and user experience.


3. Copywriting and Storytelling:

  • Craft compelling and engaging copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand voices.
  • Tell captivating stories through various content formats, including blog posts, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media updates.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across all content assets.


4. Content Distribution and Promotion:

  • Develop and implement content distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Leverage social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and other channels to amplify content reach and engagement.
  • Analyse performance metrics and adjust distribution tactics accordingly.


5. Community Engagement and User-Generated Content:

  • Foster and nurture online communities around the gifting brands.
  • Encourage and curate user-generated content, leveraging it to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, marketing, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on SEO and content creation.
  • Proven expertise in technical SEO, including knowledge of crawling, indexing, site architecture, and schema markup.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Experience in content distribution strategies, including social media, email marketing, and influencer outreach.
  • Familiarity with community management and user-generated content initiatives.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
