Residential Surveyor

Our client is a high-growth independent property & asset management consultancy, due to increasing client demand, they are currently looking to add a Residential Surveyor to the team on a full time, permanent basis.


Your Main Tasks:

  • You should be an MRICS or FRICS Chartered Surveyor.
  • Handle mortgage valuations and other types like matrimonial, probate, etc.
  • Conduct Disrepair Surveys, Level 2 (HomeBuyers), and Level 3 (Building Condition) surveys.
  • Visit properties, inspect sites, and create detailed reports using software and free text, especially for Building Condition Surveys.


Your Experience:

  • At least two years post-qualification experience.
  • Skilled in conducting Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys for private clients or lenders.
  • Familiar with tablet tech for note-taking, Quest software, RightMove Surveyor Comparable tool, and BCIS reinstatement valuation.


You Should Have:

  • Experience in mortgage valuations, Red Book valuations for residential property, RICS Level 2 and 3 Surveys, and Disrepair Surveys.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with development appraisals, Party Wall Awards, and project management.


Qualifications:

  • MRICS or FRICS (highly desirable)
