The Role:
As our Credit Controller, you will be at the forefront of managing our credit and collections processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Chasing overdue invoices and resolving payment discrepancies
- Assessing credit risk and setting credit limits for new and existing customers
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing issue
- Providing regular reports on accounts receivable status
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
