Account Director - Advertising Agency - Health / Pharmaceutical client experience needed

Salary: £55k - £60k


We're partnering with a leading advertising agency who are on the lookout for a talented Account Director, who would step into a role that's both strategic and hands-on. We're seeking a passionate individual with a knack for problem-solving and a flair for fostering strong relationships.


As an Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in their entrepreneurial environment, taking charge of key accounts and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Savvy: Dive deep into understanding your clients' businesses, shaping long-term plans, and making informed investment decisions.
  • Client Engagement: Become the go-to person for your clients, building trusted relationships at all levels and representing our agency with professionalism.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative leads to nurture inspiring ideas and champion bold, impactful work.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide clear direction to your team, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity while navigating challenges with grace.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop talent, contributing to a culture of growth and excellence within the organization.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical and Advertising Experience: Bring your expertise in both sectors to the table, along with a genuine passion for the industry.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrate your ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Relationship Builder: Excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and ambassador for the agency.
  • Creative Instinct: Show your creative flair and ability to elevate ideas, collaborating seamlessly with creative teams to deliver exceptional work.
