The Role

As a UK Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across the UK. You will work with key partners, including technology vendors, service providers, and industry associations, to expand the reach of our market-leading compliance solutions and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish new strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and long-term collaboration.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with partners to generate new business opportunities, providing them with the necessary training, tools, and support to successfully promote and sell our solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Work with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that increase market penetration through partnerships in key verticals, such as financial services, legal, and professional services.
  • Collaborative Sales: Coordinate with the direct sales team to ensure alignment between channel and direct sales efforts, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or channel management within the fintech, regtech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance, AML, and KYC requirements, particularly in regulated industries such as finance, legal, and real estate.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships and manage the entire lifecycle of partner relationships.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
  • Network: Existing relationships with potential partners and stakeholders in the UK fintech, regtech, or compliance ecosystems is a strong advantage.
