Are you a qualified Building Surveyor with a passion for seeing projects through from conception to completion?

We represent an independent remote-first building surveying practice looking for an experienced surveyor to join a small friendly team.


This role is perfect for you if:

  • You're a chartered surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB) with strong contract administration and employer's agent experience.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering building and condition surveys, PPM and specifications.
  • You thrive working independently in a supportive environment that values your expertise.


Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Manage a variety of projects, from large-scale planned maintenance programs to smaller refurbishments.
  • Lead on your own cladding remediation projects for major developers (think multi-million pound jobs).
  • Further opportunities for party wall matters and contract administration.
  • Share your knowledge by mentoring and developing junior team members (optional but highly rewarding).
  • Ideally based in Herts, Cambs or Essex covering project across the North Home Counties and London.
