Here at Rela8 Group, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing events and custom marketing business.
Company Description
Rela8 Group supports marketing and sales leaders to swiftly connect with their ideal C-level prospects through bespoke technology networking events and summits. Their program of Technology Networking Events for B2B leaders has created a platform for the best in the Security, IT, and Data spheres to connect and innovate. With operations in multiple regions, Rela8 Group is known for its trust, honesty, and integrity in the tech community.
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at Rela8 Group. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets.
Rela8 Group has a relaxed and fun atmosphere, with a hardworking and entrepreneurial team that is passionate about growing the business.
We are looking for someone who can build and maintain fantastic business relationships over the telephone and face-to-face. You will be recruiting and working with some of the world's biggest technology vendors and innovative start-up companies in hyper-growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven background in B2B Events sales achieving and exceeding targets
- Minimum of 1 year of proven account management with a track record of account growth across multiple regions
- A positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude
- Proven proactive target driven sales experience engaging at C-Suite/VP/Director Level
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- An outstanding communicator at all levels
- Experience building your pipeline through market analysis, prospecting, and industry knowledge
- Experience in using a CRM system and managing client relationships
- Create and deliver engaging presentations that accurately represent the value of our activities as well as align them with the client’s needs.
- People management experience
- Delivery of minimum weekly/monthly/quarterly/Annual targets and KPIs
- Be able to travel and work independently in the UK, Europe, and the USA
- Enjoy working within a small team
- Great IT knowledge

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum Base Salary DOE with a very realistic 1st year OTE of £80,000+
This is a sales and business development role, not an event management/production position.
