Look no further We're seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to work in an architectural and leadership role, performing high level model based design as well as mentoring, reviewing and coaching 3 embedded software engineers.


About the Role:

As the Embedded Software Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the embedded software team, focusing on task management, peer reviews, and ensuring top-notch quality standards. You won't be line managing; instead, you'll organize daily workloads, facilitate peer reviews, and coordinate efforts to elevate projects to new heights.



Projects on the Horizon:

Contribute to cutting-edge initiatives in the electrification sphere, including projects involving lithium-ion batteries, drones, and robots.



Requirements:

  • Embedded software development
  • Model-based development (e.g., Simulink) and architectural design.
  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Ability to rise above the details and focus on the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Position: Embedded Software Architect

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: £55-70k + 10% bonus + benefits
