Job Description:


Integration Strategy and Design:

  • Develop and implement integration architecture to support SAP projects.
  • Lead the creation of integration roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Ensure alignment of integration solutions with business requirements and IT strategy.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration teams.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and API Management.

  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.

Project Management:

  • Lead integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage risks and issues related to integration activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business units to understand their integration needs and requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet business objectives.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with SAP integration technologies and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP integration.
  • Proven experience leading integration projects and teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, API Management, etc.).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in designing and developing integration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
  • Experience with middleware technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud integration platforms and services.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in relevant integration technologies.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
