We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing property consultancy who are looking to add a Technical Services Manager to a commercial site in Central London.
The role of the TSM is to ensure the consistent delivery of facilities management technical advice and support services to a key client and supporting the Building Management team.
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Direct the M&E Service provider to deliver high quality maintenance & maintain full statutory compliance.
- Ownership of all technical aspects of the site working closely with the Senior Building Manager to ensure all services necessary are provided for the full and effective operation of
, in accordance with the provisions of the leases, and as directed by the Management Surveyor.
- Liaise regularly with all occupiers, keeping them informed of all Technical works and services within the buildings that could impact of Tenant operations as well on impressions on their visitors / stakeholders.
- Ensure the site O&M portal is maintained with the current site technical documentation & drawings.
- Assist with the completion of Way leave Agreements and Licences to Alter inputting into the technical aspects as required.
- Assist the Management Surveyor in the provision of formal written reports and attend client meetings as required.
- Work with the Building management team in relation to the on-going management of energy, sustainability and initiatives, potential for future initiatives such as Bream in Use, Well Programmes etc.
Candidates will have significant knowledge of mechanical & electrical engineering systems and the operation and maintenance of building services systems. You will also have a sound understanding of H&S compliance and ideally hold a NEBOSH qualification.
