1. *Work-Life Balance* - You can enjoy flexible working options tailored to your needs. Full-time positions are set at four days per week, with only two Saturday morning clinics every five weeks. Part-time roles will also be considered, ensuring you have time for personal pursuits and family life.

2. *Comprehensive Support* - Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced vet, you'll benefit from a nurturing environment. The practice can provide you with accommodation for up to six months, with utilities included, easing your transition and offer a vehicle, complete with MOT, servicing, and insurance. They are also able to provide full VISA sponsorship for those moving to the UK. A VetGDP Advisor is available.

3. *Professional Development* - With a CPD budget of £1000 per year, and additional support for certificates, your growth is a priority. You will benefit from regular individual meetings with a director to ensure you have the guidance needed to excel in consults, surgical procedures, and case management.

4. *Collaborative Culture* - You will be joining a team of six vets, six registered veterinary nurses, and 15 support staff who value your honest ideas and opinions. The directors are clinically active and deeply involved in practice life, helping to foster a collaborative atmosphere so your contributions are genuinely heard and appreciated.

The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to engage in a variety of tasks, including surgery, diagnostics, and consulting clinics.
