The role:


As Naq’s Marketing Generalist, you’ll be at the forefront of this compliance revolution. You’ll work closely with our Chief Growth Officer and alongside a diverse and ambitious team that is passionate about making a lasting impact on the industry. 


As a key member of our marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving Naq's narrative through compelling content that resonates across various channels, including our website, blog and social media. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in copywriting who is eager to broaden their expertise and become a true "T-shaped" marketer. You will have opportunities to gain experience in additional channels, such as Paid Advertising, Analytics, PR and Product Marketing.


Like all effective marketing teams, we don’t work in a silo. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure our messaging remains consistent and impactful throughout our entire customer journey.


What you’ll do at Naq:


  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that aligns with our company’s objectives and market trends.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, long-form content that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of content, using data to inform future content strategies.
  • Implement and manage our social media strategy, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate content strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Efficiently manage and cultivate leads through well-executed targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the design team to manage the creation of graphics and illustrative assets.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust strategies to leverage new tools and channels as they arise.
  • Support the wider growth team and sales by developing and providing essential sales collateral.
  • Perform additional support duties such as CRM management, reporting and analytics, and maintaining marketing materials.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2 years of marketing experience with a focus on content, copywriting, or communications.
  • Experience driving engagement and brand awareness through engaging content.
  • Proven experience in content writing and strategy execution within a marketing team.
  • Strong ability to produce and edit compelling long-form content for a variety of digital platforms.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media strategies.
  • Experience in performance monitoring and reporting with an ability to analyse data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in reporting key insights and results to multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities or requirements.
  • Ability to work well both as part of a team and individually.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive to learn


Desirable but not required:

  • Experience working in or managing campaigns for B2B, IT or SaaS clients.
  • Experience managing Paid Media Channels, including Paid Search or Social.
