The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll join a high-performing team of industry experts, developing essential skills in sales, business development, and relationship management. This 360-recruitment role involves managing both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Build a client portfolio, secure new business, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify top talent and align them with exciting opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Serve as a trusted advisor during high-value hiring processes.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
