We’re seeking a Junior 3D designer with aspiring career prospects in the world of spatial design, to join an internationally renowned design agency based in Shoreditch, East London.


As a Junior 3D designer, you will join an expanding 3D team working with directors, creatives, project managers and external suppliers to help deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Your inspiration, flair and creative drive of creating an idea, selling-in the concept and ensuring it gets superbly developed and executed is paramount to maintaining the highest standard of design.


Your job role and responsibilities:

  • You will report to the Head of 3D, who will guide and support you in ensuring that all assigned tasks within a project are delivered to the highest standard.
  • You will be working on multiple projects concurrently at any given time and will be guided on how to manage your own timelines effectively and meet deadlines. 
  • You will be involved within the journey of projects from concept to completion, demonstrating your ability to work as part of a team to achieve the best results and creative vision, always challenging and pushing yourself to the next level.
  • You will liaise with the internal team and also external suppliers to hit budget allowances.
  • You will demonstrate the flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and understand the styles of a range of brands.


Your key skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills, from conceptualising a brief from issue, all the way through to completion and delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with fellow team members and external suppliers to deliver projects collaboratively as part of a team.
  • You’re great working as part of a team, but above all, your attitude is positive combined with a willingness to take action and achieve results.
  • Experience of creating strong concept designs that you can articulate to the wider team within the company.
  • You demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for multiple styles of design.
  • You have a good eye for detail, with a clear understanding of technical drawing layouts.
  • Good knowledge of budget analysis throughout the duration of the project process that meets the budget allowance set. 
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Specifically; Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with Vectorworks and Cinema4D.
  • You must be able to show that you’re well-informed in all areas of design and fully engaged in the creation, application and delivery of architectural design.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design / industry trends and how to make them appropriate for our client base.


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of rendering with Redshift when working within Cinema4D.
  • Understanding of the Google Suite platform (Specifically; GDoc, GSlides, GSheets).
  • Passion for sustainability - the 3D team lead the physical design and build of all projects, therefore, we are one of the most influential teams to champion a more sustainable design approach.

This is a full-time role with a 6-month probation period.
