What will I be doing?

  • Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on across the UK & Europe
  • Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
  • Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
  • Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to Sweden, Denmark, Portugal & Ireland regularly

What do I need?

  • 1+ years 360 Recruitment experience (Contract or Perm)
  • Business development experience
  • Confident, outgoing personality
