Job Description

An experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a sound knowledge of working under JCT and NEC forms of contracts. You’ll be working in union with our senior engineering team to manage the flow of commercial and technical information between clients & subcontractors and across the business.

An understanding of steel structures is preferred, to enable you to integrate within the company.

Experience in the construction and commercial environment, with a good level of client facing skill and ability.

Will include the commercial management and coordination of the accounts for 4-6 sites nationwide.

Ability to prepare cashflow forecasts, manage cashflow, preparation of sub contract orders, preparation of monthly valuation, management of contract notices etc.

Competent in the job cost management from order to end of life.
