The Client:

An exciting venture capital business based in West London. This innovative company has a team-oriented and entrepreneurial feel and offer excellent company benefits


The Role:

This is a varied PA and Investment Team Assistant position which will involve (but is not limited to):

  • Right-hand PA support to the Principal Investor, including diary, travel and inbox management plus expenses
  • Team Assistant support to the wider Investment Team
  • CRM support – updating the database, inputting data and reaching out to companies
  • Office management – ownership of the IT, telephone and internet systems, ensuring office supplies are maintained and coordinating any office repairs / updates
  • Event coordination – management of internal company events
  • Ad-hoc administrative support.


Candidate Specification:

  • Team-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of diary management is essential for this position
  • Previous experience of inbox management would be highly advantageous
  • Experience within financial services is advantageous, but not essential
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy, changing workload.


Additional Information:

  • Salary for this role is up to £48K depending on experience
  • The business offer excellent company benefits including paid lunches during office days, 25 days holiday and private medical insurance
  • Hours are 9am – 6pm
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • This is a permanent position starting ASAP (August start ideally).
