About the Role

You’ll join a team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Their projects focus on RIBA Stages 3-6, where your technical expertise will be critical to ensuring seamless project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit (essential; proficiency test required).
  • Deliver complex data centre and commercial projects, focusing on technical and delivery stages.
  • Collaborate with global clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, resolving challenges effectively.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
  • Work confidently across advanced RIBA Stages 3-6, ensuring successful outcomes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: ARB-registered Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist/Technician.
  • Experience: A strong background in large-scale UK projects, with data centre experience highly desirable.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A revit test will be required for candidates at interview stage.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with at least 2-3 years UK projects experience is essential.
