Are you a skilled Architect or Architectural Technologist with a flair for technical delivery and a drive to excel in one of architecture’s fastest-growing sectors? About the Role
You’ll join a team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Their projects focus on RIBA Stages 3-6, where your technical expertise will be critical to ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit (essential; proficiency test required).
- Deliver complex data centre and commercial projects, focusing on technical and delivery stages.
- Collaborate with global clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, resolving challenges effectively.
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
- Work confidently across advanced RIBA Stages 3-6, ensuring successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: ARB-registered Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist/Technician.
- Experience: A strong background in large-scale UK projects, with data centre experience highly desirable.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A revit test will be required for candidates at interview stage.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Eligibility to work in the UK with at least 2-3 years UK projects experience is essential.
