Elite have partnered with a luxury fashion brand, to support on the hire of a Junior HR Business Partner to join the team.


Job Summary:

The Junior HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the HR function. This position will assist in implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the business objectives of the brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a keen interest in the retail industry, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support: Assist in the delivery of HR services to various departments, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and participating in selection processes.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and a positive employee experience.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting with goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR reporting, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Culture and Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement within the organization.


Ideal Experience:

  • Previous experience as a HR Advisor or Junior HRBP in a retail environment
  • Solid experience of working in an HR support role
  • UK Employment law knowledge
  • Recruitment, Employee Relations and Operational HR experience
  • Strong Presentation, communication and diplomacy skills
  • Analytical skills an advantage
