Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Salesforce Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to define technical specifications and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities

• Excellent capabilities in architecting/re-imagining the business application in customer Enterprise landscape.

• Able to create value stream and provide options to customer for a given business problem.

• Work closely with client/stakeholders, execute technical workshops, with an ability to understand business requirements, convert them into feasible technical architecture at a detailed level that can be translated into technical deliverables.

• Excellent in identifying the gaps and opportunities between as-is and to-be processes.

• Provide technical leadership and insights during RFP and presales process, able to work closely with presales team.

• Identify the risks and provide mitigation plans.

• Providing oversight to other stakeholders and liaising with other teams wherever required.

• Setup of project governance model.

• Work closely with the delivery team and provide leadership wherever required.



Qualifications we seek in you:

• Relevant years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem

• Must have experience in at least 3 cloud system Sales/Service/Financial/Commerce/Marketing/Pardot.

• Must be able to apply design thinking in the application architecture that must be scalable and performance driven.

• Must have done at least technical architecture of greenfield project or reengineered application for 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.

• Understand the business problem and convert the problem into value stream through a feasible application architecture.

• Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation detailing out all the aspects of architecture like security, business process mapping, integrations plan, environment plans, risks and mitigation plan, boundaries, and responsibilities definition of each stakeholder.

• Expertise in any of the tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart. Modelling tools knowledge is a must.

• Status quo challenger and driven by logic and able to favor fairness in all circumstances.

• Closely working with technical and support team and providing all technical guidance so that deliveries are streamlined, and production is running smoothly.

• Must have integrations experience with different tools and technologies using middleware or point to point.

• Excellent understanding of design patterns, enterprise architectural patterns and enterprise integration patterns.

• CI/CD exposure is a must.

• Excellent skills in large data volume applications and security aspects.

• Archimate is an additional advantage



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Minimum qualifications

• B. E or B.Tech

• Preferred qualifications

• Experience on SFDC (Admin, VSF and APX)

• Certifications in Service Cloud preferred.
