Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or environmental with a keen eye on finance, with a minimum qualification of an engineering degree. This role requires extensive experience in the environmental sector, with a proven track record of managing operations and driving organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Finance, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in the environmental sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in environmental management.
