Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire and Security Engineer to take on a dual-role position encompassing both field work and office management. This role is pivotal in leading our team towards BAFE fire safety registration and maintaining our NSI Gold accreditation while delivering top-quality fire and security services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Work:
• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including BAFE and NSI requirements.
• Training and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service delivery.
• Office Management:
• Assiting with project scheduling, resource allocation, and client communications.
• Assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the sales and operations teams.
• Handling administrative tasks related to project documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer, with a track record in installation, maintenance, and project management.
• BAFE certification or relevant experience is highly desired.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive operational excellence.
• In-depth technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
