We are seeking a International Partnerships Manager with extensive experience in building and nurturing partnerships with education agents, particularly in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan although experience in other regions will be considered.
The ideal candidate will have a robust network of contacts with agencies and education consultancies for independent schools in these regions and proven experience in identifying and growing these relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the international school marketplace and leveraging relationships with education agents to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with education agents and international schools, with a special focus on Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. Foster partnerships that generate group and individual student bookings.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Director to identify growth markets, crafting and executing a B2B recruitment strategy tailored for schools and agents in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
- Networking and Engagement: Enhance the agent network by cultivating key partnerships, ensuring sales targets are consistently met. Plan and coordinate visits to schools and agents in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, and identify key recruitment fairs and webinars to maximize engagement.
- Communication and Support: Serve as the primary contact for agents and partners, providing timely and accurate information on our programs. Respond to inquiries with professionalism, maintain detailed records in our CRM system, and support the Admissions Team as needed.
- Content and Materials Development: Generate customized materials for group bookings and partners.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Significant demonstrable success in a similar role within the independent school, Russell Group university, or summer school sector, with proven experience working with international agents and education consultancies
- Proven relationship management skills, with a talent for building effective partnerships with external sales partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities to inspire students and partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- B2B experience is essential; candidates with primarily B2C experience will not be considered.
Position Details:
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Weekend and out-of-hours work may be required.
Role: Permanent
Location: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with a requirement to work in the office at least three days a week.
Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus £10,000 bonus.
Holiday Entitlement: 32 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
Reporting: Directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.
