The Position

Working with high-profile brands, and with the guidance of our Head of Marketing, you’ll help manage the strategic marketing direction for all clients. The key objective of this role is to support our clients with their strategic marketing objectives, interpreting briefs, competitor research, creating bespoke marketing content, and working with our design team to bring ideas alive through strong creative assets.


We work with businesses across multiple sectors, so any given brief will present new challenges and opportunities, however, we have a niche providing creative services for the manufacturing for construction sector.


Specific duties may vary based on each client’s requirements, but common responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities:


· Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be helping to implement the strategic marketing objectives for our clients based on sound industry knowledge and commercial acumen.

· Developing a strong understanding of brand identity, values and guidelines of each client and ensuring that a consistent tone of voice is maintained across all creative and communication.

· Perform market research on commercial performance, competitors, customer profiles and identify important industry trends.

· Help develop creative marketing strategies and compelling brand stories with clear methods for achieving client objectives.

· Meet with clients to discuss commercial goals for marketing campaigns and present proposed solutions.

· Plan and manage project budgets and timelines, schedule and manage progress.

· Apply strong business acumen to understand the impact of key performance indicators, monitoring the progress of marketing media and adjusting strategies if results are not meeting expectation.

· Work closely with our creative and digital marketing teams and client’s  management and in-house marketing teams.



This is a perfect role for someone with a sharp marketing mind, great communication skills, attention to detail, a high standard of appreciation for crafted brands and design and a flair for creative thinking.


What We're Looking For


First and foremost, you will have a skill for seeing the bigger picture and the ability to connect dots others might not see, to help our clients set their overarching strategy and plan their future projects.


You should have a professional qualification in marketing or communications. You should have previous experience growing a brand and proven ability to oversee the creative production process. Preferably experience within the Manufacturing for Construction Industry in either an in-house team or an agency environment.


We are looking for a confident and clear communicator with proven examples on copywriting, a proactive and highly motivated innovator who can problem solve. With exceptional time management, you will have the ability to balance several projects. A strong team player, you should have excellent relationship-building skills and collaboration, acting as a bridge between our client’s in-house marketing teams and the Ripple creative team.
