Senior Recruitment Manager
THE ROLE:
- Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process advertising roles, candidate selection and finalising the agreement between employer and new recruit.
- Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
- Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing applicants' soft skills and aptitudes.
- You search for qualified professionals and approach them directly
YOUR PROFILE
- 1-2 years of minimum 360' recruitment experience
- proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment
- excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written)
- Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality
- MS Office skills
- High level of self-motivation and stamina
- Teamwork and international mindset
