Employee Relations Specialist

My NHS client has an urgent need for an Interim ER Manager - Band 7. Candidates MUST have NHS experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing case work.
This will initially be for 6 months and onsite presence will be very limited. Open to discussion.
This is to work to support a backlog of high volume cases and more complex cases following the merger of 2 Trusts.
