Senior Full Stack Engineer within a small but powerful team, early stage start-up who are well backed and innovating within the Green Space. This will be a hybrid role with 1 or 2 days a week in a London office.



The Job



Joining at an early stage you will play a pivotal role and benefit from helping shape the foundations. Working with a modern technical environment you will be using your experience you will be working closely with the Head of Engineering and COO to build and grow this platform. There will be lots of room for Greenfield Software Development.



One of the initial goals here will be to contribute to the architecture and design of the cloud engineer ensuring scalability as this grows.



You will use: node.js, GCP, PostgreSQL, Docker and more (you will have impact here)




About You



With proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer you will bring your experience with Node.js and scalable systems to build and grow this platform. You should be comfortable with cloud environments (bonus for GCP) and have some experience with React. Working closely with the Head of Engineering you should be comfortable taking on senior responsibilities and working with autonomy. Here are a few points that would be great to see (not all are essential):



  • Web Application with Node.js and React
  • Conatinerisation and IaaC: Docker, Terraform
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB & NoSQL Databases
  • At least one major cloud platform (GCP Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Python including NumPy, Pandas

Salary



Starting salary of £90,000 plus options and benefits
