As a PR Account Director, you will be at the forefront of this agency's mission to create newsworthy campaigns, drive brand visibility, and shape public perception. You will lead a team of passionate PR professionals, working collaboratively to craft and execute ground-breaking PR strategies.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy and Innovation: Develop and execute cutting-edge PR strategies that leverage the latest trends, technologies, and platforms to maximise client impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of PR specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and crafting customised PR solutions that drive results.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling, shareable content that captures the essence of clients' brands and tells their stories effectively.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to continuously evaluate the success of PR campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify clients' messages.

What we're looking for:

  • B2B experience in traditional PR, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results for multiple clients in the tech space.
  • 3+ years experience within an agency environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
