What the HLTA role involves:

  • Provide support to pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, focusing on development and attainment.

  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement effective learning interventions.
  • Address behavioural challenges confidently while maintaining a supportive approach.
  • Work with SEND pupils, tailoring your approach to their individual needs and ensuring inclusivity.
  • Play a proactive role in the school, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom.


Who we are looking for:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a leading UK university.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • A confident, creative, and proactive individual with strong communication skills.
  • A supportive team player who can work effectively in collaboration with staff and families.
