Our Creative Team applies effective teamwork, imaginative thinking and expression, and first-class creative implementation to illustrate to everyone the power and value of creative communication.


We are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Director to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting the Chief Creative Officer on creative strategy by understanding and embracing brand strategy and supporting the wider team through insights and creative interpretation
  • Developing creative concepts and copy for allocated projects, pitches and proposals, as well as helping others to develop their ideas and providing complimentary copy
  • Helping to build client relationships by appropriately expressing opinions and making suggestions that add value, while leading on broad content/creative discussions during meetings and workshops
  • Mentoring and developing junior creatives through coaching, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback


With a strong copy background and a desire to inspire, we believe someone with the following experience could be a good match for this role:


  • Strong experience in a creative writing/copy background is essential
  • Proven experience in healthcare communications is essential
  • Ability to develop concepts and creative ideas and work independently to produce a full range of written communications
  • Experience with InDesign/Creative Cloud (desirable but not essential)
