About the Role


A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a talented and motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. This role involves the maintenance and repair of both new and existing equipment, including presses, conveyors, weighing equipment, process plants, slicers, and more. Key responsibilities include:


  • Conducting electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
  • Performing electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Fault finding on PLC systems (programming experience is a plus but not required).
  • Engaging in mechanical maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of machinery.
  • Assisting in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
