We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating strong, sustainable communities.


Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
  • Negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress and financial status.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
