- Ensure adherence to company and site rules related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage Project Changes:
- Ensure project scope remains aligned with project goals.
- Procurement Collaboration:
- Collaborate with procurement teams to select and manage suppliers and subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction activities and deliverables meet required standards and specifications.
- Maintain Accurate Records:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee Project Completion:
- Oversee the final stages of the project, including commissioning systems and equipment, conducting inspections, and managing the handover process to the client or end user.
