Our client, leading player in the business travel industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions, is enlarging its' team and hence recruiting an Account Executive for the UK market.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target new business leads within the non-profit sector, driving revenue conversion and maximizing contract spend.
  2. Conduct phone-based and virtual account development reviews to implement dynamic remote relationship models with growth customers.
  3. Present and promote Online Booking and Traveller Wellbeing Packages, targeting product sales to enhance revenue streams.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement of customer impact on the wider business.
  5. Develop and implement action plans for improvement, tracking results and performance.


Candidate Profile:

You have at least a first working experience in inside sales, capable of dynamic stakeholder engagement from booker to procurement level.

Thrives in fast-paced environments, excelling in collaborative solutions and cross-functional teamwork.

Highly organized and structured, adept at developing and executing action plans to drive results.

Skilled in building rapport and influencing customer behavior to drive revenue performance.

Fact-oriented and data-driven, focused on solutions with direct commercial benefits.

Experienced in high-volume outbound sales, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SalesForce CRM.

Open to collaboration and adaptable to working across cultures and with remote teams.


Salary : in between 27 000 and 30 000 growth pounds per year + uncapped bonuses.
