About the Company

Our co-founders—Archie, Matt, and Richard—bring over 8 years of experience managing a multi-million-pound executive assistant agency. In 2024, we launched Fyxer AI and, within 7 months, achieved $1M ARR, placing us in the top 0.25% of fast-growing startups worldwide. Unlike other AI solutions, we have exceptional customer retention, reflecting our product’s impact and customer satisfaction.


We are a tight-knit team of four, complemented by a large network of fractional staff who work remotely. We prioritize a fun, collaborative, and fast-moving work culture. In 2024, we spent three months in San Francisco on an accelerator program. While we’re not planning to relocate to SF, we strive to embody the positive ambition and innovation-driven spirit we experienced there.


Our Product:

Our vision is to create the smartest AI employee. We began by focusing on email automation; today, Fyxer is an AI Agent that enhances employee efficiency, making them five times faster in customer response.


Email is only the beginning of our product journey. Joining Fyxer AI means shaping and executing our ambitious roadmap for 2025 and beyond. You will play a key role in optimizing the quality of the outputs of our product 


The Role

The AI Data Labelling Operations Manager is crucial to our business. You’ll work at the heart of the product team. Working closely with our engineers and CTO. As the company anticipates a tenfold increase in growth over the next year, this role will offer unparalleled opportunities to build a team and develop as a manager.


In your first 3 months, you’ll be tasked with getting up to speed with the existing data labelling team and infrastructure. Removing the workload from our CTO. You’ll then be expected to build new, professionalized infrastructure and training procedures for the data labelling team. You’ll need to be able to output multiple models simultaneously at a high pace. 


Responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for product quality through model accuracy. You’ll work closely with our CTO to define the scope of each model and with the data labelling team to output that scope. You’ll own everything from recruiting, onboarding, and training data annotators. To manage model creation and assure quality for the project.


What We’re Looking For


Experience

  • Experience in managing teams, preferably in data annotation or similar operations.
  • Familiarity with annotation tools and practices
  • Bonus: Experience working on an AI product.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in startups or tech environments.
