NCA | Architecture have worked on projects at various scales in areas such as residential, commercial, industrial and community driven design from concept to completion.


Role Description


NCA | Architecture is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic applicant who can join our team and become a meaningful team member to oversee a number of new exciting projects. This is a full-time on-site role, and applicants must be eligible to work in the U.K.


As a Project Architect you will be responsible for design development, project management, liaising with clients, coordinating project consultants and have experience of operating within a U.K. context across RIBA stages 0-7.


Qualifications


  • Experience in high end residential design
  • Technical detailing experience and project delivery desirable
  • Project running skills - 3 + years post Part 3
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft suite are essential. Revit, Enscape and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are desirable
  • Further professional training and software upskilling are available within the practice for the right candidate
  • Ability to prepare and review project submittals
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of up-to-date Building regulations and wider professional duties
