Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist to join the team, focusing on delivering exceptional support services to clients. In this role, you will be a key member of our Service Operations team, responsible for resolving incidents, handling change requests, and providing technical expertise across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality support to clients across a range of products and services.
  • Managing and resolving incidents within specified SLAs and documented processes.
  • Processing change requests and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Delivering support via multiple channels, including telephone, email, and webchat.
  • Collaborating with resolver groups to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Implementing effective workarounds and solutions.
  • Continuously updating knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends.
  • Prioritising and planning work to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Contributing to the knowledge base and championing best practices.

  • Achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Demonstrating expertise in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Continuous improvement in technical skills and knowledge.
  • Creating comprehensive documentation for issue resolutions.
  • Collaborating effectively within the team.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Meeting annual performance objectives.


Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in C# Plugins, JavaScript, Power Apps Portal, Azure Functions, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure components.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple clients and platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of Dynamics 365 and address integration challenges.
  • Dedication to staying current with updates and resolving technical issues efficiently.
