About the Role - What’s Cooking in Your Role? As a UX/UI Designer with us, you'll be part of an exciting menu of digital experiences, crafting irresistible designs for websites, landing pages, emails, and more. You’ll blend creativity with strategic thinking to improve our online presence, and like a top chef, you’ll need to be skilled in understanding both the artistry and the science behind your craft.



Responsibilities - Key Ingredients for Success:



UX Design Savvy

  • Master the art of user research: You’ll be gathering insights through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Craft personas and map user journeys like a pro, making data-driven design decisions that wow our audiences and drive results.
  • Your designs will ensure users have an intuitive experience, focusing on usability, navigation, and functionality.


UI Design Expertise

  • Design responsive and visually mouth-watering interfaces that look as good on mobile as they do on desktop.
  • Maintain our design system like a well-stocked pantry, ensuring all digital assets have consistent visual flavors.
  • Build interactive prototypes and mockups using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, meeting our brand guidelines with style.


Collaborative Feast

  • Work side-by-side with our talented developers and marketing maestros to implement your designs seamlessly and troubleshoot any design hiccups.
  • Engage with stakeholders to grasp design needs and business goals, always being ready to iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with a creative lead who shares your passion for outstanding digital experiences.


Optimize, Optimize, Optimize

  • Be the master of A/B testing, constantly improving UX designs for our Shopify platform to boost conversion rates.
  • Create stunning email designs that increase engagement and have our customers eagerly clicking “open.”


Qualifications - What We’re Looking For:


  • A portfolio that showcases your brilliance in designing for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • You know your way around Figma and Adobe Creative Suite like a barista knows the perfect espresso blend.
  • Responsive design? Check. Accessibility standards? Double check. E-commerce best practices? Absolutely.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and a willingness to experiment and innovate on this key platform.
  • User research and testing experience to make your designs data-driven and user-loved.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus, not a must. But hey, the more versatile, the better
