Principal Procurement Manager – Supply Chain Enablement

Are you ready to lead the way in transforming procurement for a cleaner, greener future? We’re recruiting for a Principal Procurement Manager – Supply Chain Enablement to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and shape a resilient, high-performing supply chain for renewable energy projects.


About the Role:

This is your opportunity to redefine procurement by leading the shift from traditional practices to a dynamic, interconnected supply chain ecosystem. Your leadership will focus on developing robust processes, empowering the procurement team, and delivering sustainable value across key areas:


  • Supplier Management: Design integrated frameworks for onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization.
  • Sustainability: Champion ethical sourcing, reduce Scope 3 emissions, and enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Category Management & Risk Mitigation: Advance procurement strategies aligned with market trends, sustainability, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a world-class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program.
  • Monitor and mitigate third-party risks in collaboration with the Procurement Performance Lead.
  • Drive procurement transformation initiatives, inspiring teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
  • Build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers to unlock value through continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience in supplier management programs or senior supply chain management roles within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating and managing complex supplier agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MCIPS or project management qualifications preferred.
