We're currently seeking an experienced individual to come on board in London as IT Administrator. This role will provide IT-related technical support to end-users and ensure that there are no disruptions due to system technical issues. The IT Administrator will work closely with the Systems and Network team for any on-site configurations required.
Please note no sponsorship is available for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise technical support in a professional manner by fixing the root cause of the issue
- Perform Installations, configuring systems, Printers, Network/Wifi, BitLoker, VPN, FortiClient, Firewall, Switch, etc.
- Resolve hardware/software faults, solving technical problems, supporting roll-out of new applications to meet given SLAs.
- Work on providing Operations Management support for Day-to-day service operations using incident management
- Implement IT department policies and processes when responding to end user support requests
- New user IT-Onboarding by imaging laptops, configuring profiles, setting MFA, etc.
- Serve as contributing member of a high performing technical support team by providing our customers with on-field support via MS-Teams, Phone, Email, and chat support.
Who we're seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum Experience: minimum 8+ Years’ hands-on experience in an Enterprise Support role
- Good to have Certifications: Azure, CCNA/CCNE, basic cabling, switching, routing, Design Software
- Knowledge of administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting Hardware and Software
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Troubleshooting skills and Root cause analysis skills
