Marketing Analyst – Nottingham - £40,000


Description -


We are seeking an experienced and analytical Marketing Analyst to join my client in the retail industry. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis to provide insights and recommendations that will drive strategic marketing decisions. Responsibilities -


  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies
  • Track and analyze marketing campaigns, including measuring ROI, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing initiatives
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and presentations on marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and ensure data accuracy


Requirements -


  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as SPSS or SAS is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
