The ideal person
The ideal candidate will be qualified or part qualified through AAT/ACA/ACCA or equivalent, with at least three years experience in an accountancy practice environment. They will have practical experience of undertaking tax and year end accounts work and be confident in working with relevant software, excel and communicating with clients.
The position would suit a dynamic professional, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels, be diligent in their reporting and have a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work and career development.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already possesses experience of working in an accountancy practice and is looking to progress their career within an established firm, with a proven track record as a training practice.
You will already be experienced in preparing year end Financial Statements, Tax Returns and ad-hoc financial reports using data in different forms. Moreover, the candidate must have 3 years experience of working in an accountancy practice.
Key aspects of the role include:
· Supporting a portfolio of clients with a range of accounting services.
· Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
· Preparing corporation, partnership and individual tax returns.
· Build positive relationships with clients and address queries promptly.
· Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.
· Undertake ad hoc projects and support as required.
