Reporting to the Head of SME, the Account Manager will work closely with the Business Development Team and the Head of SME to achieve the business objectives and financial targets.


The main tasks within this role will be to maintain and develop existing accounts as well as building effective working relationship with intermediary partners, using consultative and resourceful methods, along with robust data to enhance our offerings and benefit profitably, within a competitive marketplace.


The role will require close working relationships with key internal stakeholders; Data & Pricing, Finance, Operations and the Clinical Support Team.


This diverse role will require a high performing, influential and entrepreneurial individual with the enthusiasm and confidence to deliver across many commercial disciplines and audiences.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years Account Management experience
  • Experience working in health insurance or for a healthcare solution provider
  • Experience in managing relationships with intermediaries, MGA's or brokers
  • Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual.
