The position focuses on planning, organising, and managing the human resources department for the EMEA Division. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent management, compensation, and HRIS management, while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who is self-driven, strategic, and has strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will be skilled in influencing others, with a critical mind and the ability to balance HR and business needs. This role is perfect for someone who can see the big picture and take actionable steps to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the EMEA Business Unit, consolidating HR data and reports for the HR Director.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development to support business success.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.
- Lead initiatives in talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Manage the annual compensation and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with market standards.
- Work closely with global compensation teams to ensure consistency across the organisation.
- Oversee HRIS management to maintain accurate and timely data.
- Utilise HR analytics to inform decisions and support strategic planning.
- Ensure all business units comply with local laws and adhere to corporate policies.
- Provide guidance on HR-related legal issues and work with legal counsel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience.
- Extensive experience in supporting fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional teams, including both corporate and operational.
- Proven project management experience in leading HR change programs.
- Strong ability to achieve strategic HR objectives in alignment with organisational goals.
- Expertise in managing core HR processes such as talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A creative, logical, and analytical mindset, with a willingness to innovate and try new approaches.
